Shipping policy

Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you, whether you're ordering from within South Africa or from abroad.

Processing time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to get it packed and handed to our courier within 2 business days. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will start processing on the next business day.

Local shipping (South Africa)

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Once your order has shipped, expect it to arrive within 6 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times we quote are estimates rather than guarantees, since courier delays do happen from time to time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over R1000 ship free.

International shipping

International orders usually take 5 to 15 business days to arrive once dispatched, though this can vary depending on customs processing in your country and is outside our control once the parcel leaves South Africa. Standard shipping to the United States will be dispatched every Tuesday.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country are your responsibility and aren't included in the price you pay at checkout. We can't predict what these will be, since they vary by country, so it's worth checking with your local customs office before you order if you're unsure.

If a parcel is delayed, held, or returned by customs, we'll help where we can, but we're not able to speed up that process or cover any fees involved.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all within the expected timeframe, email us at zeffacollective@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the courier and sort out a replacement or refund where it's warranted.

Incorrect address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll need to charge for reshipping.
